"A unique gothic Welsh Castle
conveniently set within a glorious 40 acre Country Park
with idyllic shaded Woodland paths, Lakes and
off-the-lead Dog Walks - right on your doorstep"
Craig y Nos Country Park Meadow
Here I can really stretch my legs. CHAAARGGE! A huge open field to race up and down. I'll really work up an appetite here!
Long grass in summer to roll in. Dog Walks galore. Plenty of trees around for an endless supply of sticks. Or maybe I'll chase a frisbee.
There's even a nice picnic spot on the banks of the river. I can even cross the river Tawe here on some stepping stones. I'll go paddling in the Tawe - it's through a gate at the bottom of the hay meadow. Few know of this picnic spot within Craig y Nos Country Park, very private and lovely on a sunny day.
If I get too hot & panting after my long dog walk, I'll take a dip in the cold river water that flows off the mountain.
