Up to Penwyllt Mountain
We can walk here from the Country Park, but it's a steep track.
Maybe we'll drive up in the car, park by Madame Patti's old railway station and walk along the old tracks from there.
Once a thriving industrial town of 500 inhabitants, Penwyllt now is home only to the occasonal sheep.
Lovely views, level dog walk along old Swansea to Brecon railway line.
There is also a popular Caving Club here, for serious cavers.

We can see the viaducts and the old sleepers in the ground but the rails are long gone. Beautiful sunsets in this part of the world.
