Availability on Special Opening Dates alongside small events

Other than for the  dates listed, Dog Friendly B&B is only offered to Guests of pre-booked events. We have weddings every weekend almost, leaving only the slacker weekdays for B&B. As the castle cannot support B&B for very low guest numbers, we now limit our opening to nights with small pre-booked non-exclusive events on, so we can open viably. Instead of re-opening 7 days a week, we can invite you to a Dinner and B&B stay on any selected opening date listed.

Castle Cashless

Following a recent Treasury Announcement and change within the Banking Act, as of 15/10/2021 the contactless card limit rises from £45 to £100. The pandemic has influenced several changes for businesses including the 'contactless' boom. We have been monitoring the falling use of cash and the increasing transactional and administrative cost associated with using cash as a payment method. As a company we have therefore decided that from the 1st December 2021 we will no longer accept cash payments for food and beverage sales. We've removed the minimum spend on card purchases. As of  the 1st December we will only accept card payments.

However if you are really stuck and only have cash, we are not going to say, 'the drinks are on the house' - but ask that if you must pay cash, please try to have correct change! Unlike a pub that refused my business entirely when I had no cash, we still want your business and will accept cash as a last resort. Also the Ghost Tour Monies (paid direct to the Ghost Tour Company) will still be paid to the ghost tour company in cash as they do not operate card payments.

Review from Aug 9, 2021 Dinner B&B Selected Opening Date.

Best Experience Ever!
Craig Y Nos has won my heart 💖!! From the beautiful surrounding lands to the garden and castle itself....just outstanding 💗 I love that it has so much of its original history within itself, a true hidden gem in the Welsh countryside. All of the staff members were so welcoming and kind throughout the stay and they were genuine! I have not had such amazing service in a b&b ever. Jen was so friendly and a beam of joy to be around and talk with. Never stopped helping us throughout and gave us a wonderful history tour of the spiritually active areas❤️ fabulous lady! We can't forget Trevor, what a dime of a man! He was awesome to talk to, gave the most incredible historical tour of the castle to us with in depth knowledge of Adellina Patti and the stories surrounding her. He is the maintenance man of the castle and I don't think that they could have picked someone better to look after such sacred grounds. We can't wait to visit again, as we just did not want to leave!! We thought it was excellent value for money as a 2course meal in the evening and breckfast was included in the price! Such a beautiful and magical place, you really get a sense of what it was like in Adellinas times. Superb. I wish I had taken more photos, but the experience captured more for me than pictures ever could.
