Amenities How would you rate the amenities of the castle i.e. grounds, facilities,
country park etc? Good

Comment Great to have country park on doorstep. We stayed in winter so less
amenities available. Also no wifi in room and poor tv reception - but this didn't
affect our stay.

Overall stay How would you rate your overall stay at the castle û do you plan to
revisit the castle / would you recommend the castle to others?

Any further comments on your stay? Comment We found the dog friendly website really useful for planning our stay.

OWNERS COMMENT: TV's in some rooms are small and in need of upgrading. TV reception will remain limited to a few channels due to no signal in the area so cannot get terrestrial TV. We can of course get Sky TV and have some channels routed through to the rooms. These will gradually be increased. Internet access is free but as there is no wifi in any of the bedrooms - you can instead plug your laptop into the back of the telephone to get on the internet - spare leads at reception or bring your own lead to connect. There is Wifi in the bar and lounges.
